This section of the Trials & Truths blog/website will be devoted to opinion pieces by us and others. Unlike our regular posts – which will provide factual and objective content to our readers – these Op-Ed pieces will feature our opinions about various trials and legal issues.

Readers are encouraged to respond to our Op-Eds with their own opinions and perspectives. In this regard, we will archive each of our original Op-Eds – and all the related comments that we receive after they are published – so that readers will be able to read them in toto whenever they wish to do so.

Readers may also submit their own Op-Eds – and we will publish those that we deem to be of general interest to our readers. Although we reserve the right to edit any such Op-Eds for clarity and/or to make grammatical revisions as necessary, we will not make changes that alter the opinion expressed in the original version.
